Welcome to the Instructor Resources page. This site includes resources that will help you design and develop a more effective course while also using the Short Guide to Writing series and the Companion Website. Using the left-hand navigation bar, you can:
- Learn to use the Companion Website (CW) to enhance student understanding of writing about literature;
- Browse online supplements and companion texts;
- Explore helpful web pages about rhetoric, composition, and pedagogy;
- Connect with other instructors through the Message Board and I-Chat;
- Examine sample syllabi.
After viewing a few sample syllabi, you may opt to create your own syllabus online and store it in the "Syllabus Manager." Making your syllabus available online gives your students immediate access to any changes you may need to make to the course schedule.
