Government actions impact people in many ways. This chapter's visual entitled "The Political System" depicts a circle where citizens provide inputs to government, as well as getting services from it.
While you and each of your fellow students undoubtedly have opinions about these issues, in considering the scope of American government in later chapters we will present data addressing each of these questions.
